Sushike is sushi, better
Sushi was invented in Japan apparently over 1000 years ago and found its current form aroung 1820s. Word sushi comes from Japan words su (´vinegar´) and shi (´handcraft´).
Sushike was invented during 2020s and oh boy that IS good! Word Sushike comes from word sushi ja Finnish word ke (´kevyemmin´ which means lighter).
Ke could also refer to Finnish word keskiviikko (´wednesday´) – or what ever weekday you choose. Sushike is light, healthy and delicious meal that doesn’t knock you off. And it just so happens, that Sushike has been a finalist at Suomalainen Menestysresepti TV-show that airs on wednesdays. Coincidence?
